Refund Policy

If heuretika isn't right for you, you get your money back. You have 30 days, and you don't have to tell us why.

How it works

  • 30 days, no questions asked. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. For pre-orders, the 30 days start on the day the product is delivered to you, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before that.
  • How to ask. Our orders are handled by our reseller, which is the Merchant of Record and processes all refunds. Request it through the link in your receipt email, or just write to hello@heuretika.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
  • Where the money goes. The refund goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer, usually a few business days.
  • Your licence. When a refund is processed, the licence key is deactivated and the app goes back to its unlicensed mode. Your files are never locked: you keep full access to them and can export them, as the licence agreement guarantees.

Pre-orders and early access

If we cancel a product you pre-ordered, or don't deliver it by the date stated in the offer, you get a full refund automatically or on request, whichever you prefer, even after the 30 days.

Teams and institutions

For multi-seat or institutional purchases, the same 30 days apply. If your quote or purchase order sets different terms, those apply.

Fair use

We'll refuse a refund only in cases of fraud or obvious abuse, such as buying and refunding the same product over and over. This never affects your legal rights.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, and never reduces them. For example, consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; our 30 days cover it and go beyond it.

Before a chargeback

If something went wrong with a payment, please write to us first at hello@heuretika.com. It's faster for you, and we'll fix it.
